In Ann Arbor, Detroit, and Saginaw, Michigan, the Rides To Wellness service was struggling to handle the rapidly growing amount of people in the community who needed crucial rides to medical appointments.

TransTuitive stepped in and quickly helped expand the number of cars and minivans with ramps to meet clients’ needs and coordinated services for more reliable, faster pickups and drop-offs. We also introduced an app that made it incredibly simple and convenient for riders to schedule rides.

With our help, the program grew 64% in one year, with over 13,300 rides. This success led to immediate plans to grow the program by buying additional vehicles and expanding services to include military veterans and their spouses. Drivers, admins, and most importantly, riders, all raved about the improved service.
